Karla Darocas is a education and communications professional with over 25 years experience. She was first published at the age of 17 and has written for newspapers, magazines, and websites throughout the world. Her areas of research and literary expertise range from the arts and popular music to health and wellness, and business development.

She has also worked as a radio broadcaster and been involved in the ownership and publishing of magazines newspapers and small book press companies.
